Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all requests, quotations and agreements of Ahmed Co ([to be completed], Chamber of Commerce number [to be completed]).

1. Requests

1. A booking request via the website is non-binding. An appointment is only made once Ahmed Co has explicitly confirmed it, by email or by phone.
2. The client ensures that the information provided, including photos and descriptions, is correct and complete.

2. Prices and payment

1. Prices and payment terms are agreed with the client in advance and recorded in the confirmation.
2. No payments are made via the website.

3. Performance

1. Ahmed Co carries out the work carefully and to the best of its ability.
2. The client provides access to the premises at the agreed time and ensures that water and electricity are available.
3. The client reports valuable or fragile items that require special care in advance.

4. Cancelling and rescheduling

1. A confirmed appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled within the period agreed in the confirmation.
2. In the event of cancellation after that period, Ahmed Co may charge for the reserved time, as stated in the confirmation.

5. Complaints

1. If the client is not satisfied with the work carried out, they report this within 48 hours after completion, preferably with photos, via [to be completed].
2. Ahmed Co will be given the opportunity to redo the work to the client's satisfaction.

6. Liability

1. Ahmed Co is insured for damage caused through its fault during the work. Liability is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer in the case concerned.
2. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of discovery.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version of these terms prevails.
