This privacy policy explains which personal data Ahmed Co processes when you visit our website, submit a booking request or contact us, and what your rights are.

Which data we process
When you submit a booking request, we process:
- your first and last name, email address and phone number;
- the address where the cleaning should take place;
- details about the home or premises (such as type, number of rooms and surface area);
- your preferred date and time and any comments;
- the photos you attach of the rooms that need cleaning.
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, your phone number if provided, and your message.
To prevent abuse of our forms, we store an encrypted (hashed) value derived from your IP address. This cannot be used to identify you.
Why we process this data
- To assess your request, contact you and schedule and carry out the cleaning (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one).
- To send you confirmations and messages about your appointment by email.
- To protect our website and forms against abuse (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as the statutory retention period for tax records.
We never use your data for advertising and never sell it to third parties.
Photos
Photos you send with a request are stored in a protected environment. Only authorised employees of Ahmed Co can view them, through temporary secure links. Location data and other metadata are removed from the photos when they are uploaded. The photos are never published on the website.
How long we keep data
We do not keep data longer than necessary. Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Data required for our administration is kept for as long as the law requires (usually seven years).
Who we share data with
We use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting and database provider and our email provider. Agreements have been made with these parties about the security and confidentiality of your data. Data is stored within the European Economic Area.

Your rights
